Eligibility: Students ages 5-21 enrolled in any Cedar Springs Public School are welcome, regardless of their ability to pay.

Parental Consent: A consent form signed by a parent or guardian is required for services such as wellness or sports physicals, immunizations, injuries, or illness.

Confidential Services: Michigan law allows kids to access certain services without permission from their parent or guardian. This means conversations, records, and test results from confidential visits are not shared with anyone.
