Walk-in services during business hours
Come down to Cherry Health Access for urgent/walk-in services, located at 100 Cherry Street SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Crisis services are provided out of our Heart of the City Health Center location, accessible from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to provide walk-in crisis services, stabilization, and care coordination for a mental health and or substance use crisis.

On-call services after business hours
Call 616.295.8397 for after-hours crisis services. On-call services are available to all individuals seeking after-hours coping skills coaching, interventions and Emergency Department coordination.
