Calee Dieleman, LMSW, CAADC
I became a clinical social worker because I care deeply for people who are underserved with severe and persistent mental illness and the many challenges they face, as well as the incredible strength and love they are able to show to others because of their experiences. I’ve worked with these patients exclusively for many years. I chose to work at Cherry Health for exactly this reason as I see health and mental health care a basic human right. Cherry Health understands this, and I connect with their mission to provide underserved patients quality care, even if they have no insurance at all. I love to listen to patients’ needs and work as hard as I can to meet them or to work to create systems and processes to improve care, fill in the gaps, and remove barriers. I am continuously inspired to improve and advocate for quality health and mental health care. I am grateful for the opportunity to be so inspired by my patients and Cherry Health’s mission.
