Karin Gargaro, PharmD

I love being a part of the integrated care team that cares for our patients at Cherry Health. This unique model allows pharmacists to really help patients manage their conditions with medication reviews, direct communication with prescribers, and access to a multitude of programs that allow patients to get the medications and items they need at an affordable price. It’s unlike anywhere I’ve worked before. I learn something new every day, from patients and co-workers alike!

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Aquinas College and I completed my PharmD at Ferris State University.

Professional History

I was a Meijer Pharmacy Technician for 3 years, then a Pharmacy Intern for 4 years while I was in school, and finally a Pharmacist at Meijer for 5 years before coming to Cherry Health.
