I grew up in a small, rural area where pharmacists were a big part of their patient’s healthcare team because of their accessibility. The opportunity to be such a crucial part of my patient’s lives and to be able to partner with other healthcare providers is why I chose to become a pharmacist. I love Cherry Health because they encourage collaboration in order to improve each patient’s overall experience and health outcomes.

Education, Training, and Certifications

I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Northern Michigan University, and I received my PharmD as well as my MBA from Ferris State University.

Professional History

I worked at Shopko Pharmacy as a technician for 4 years, then as an intern at Wege Pharmacy and Family Fare Pharmacy while in pharmacy school. I completed a 1-year residency program with SpartanNash before coming to Cherry Health.
