Elizabeth Warner, MD FACP CPE
Dr. Elizabeth Warner is a physician and leader, bringing over 20 years’ experience to compassionately serve patients and strengthen healthcare systems. Dr. Warner is an internal medicine physician, Fellow of the American College of Physicians, awardee of the Fellowship in Leadership Award from Alpha Omega Alpha (2015), and a Certified Physician Executive. As an improvement system coach, healthcare leader and president of Warner Well Being, she is committed to human flourishing in health care.
Prior to joining Cherry Health, Dr. Warner served as Medical Director for Senior Care Partners PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and was the Medical Director for Continuous Improvement Support and Primary Care Medical Director for Bronson Healthcare Group. As a physician, she has served patients in the primary care setting, hospital, nursing homes, and through geriatric care and palliative care.
Committed to medical leadership effectiveness, Dr. Warner has taught in various settings, including medical schools, medical conferences, keynote addresses and as faculty with non-profit educational institutes, including Catalysis and the American Association of Physician Leaders. Her most recent educational content is her co-authored book, Conversations Worth Having in Healthcare, Boost Satisfaction and Quality with Appreciative Inquiry (Warner, Haq, Torres and Stavros).
