I decided to pursue a career in medicine largely due to my mother being a NICU nurse. I want to be able to help people improve their health and wellbeing to live as best as possible with respect for both physical and mental health. I want to continue working in primary care as this is where I feel best able to build relationships with patients and make a long-term difference for improving health outcomes.  I will try to meet you where you are and come up with a treatment plan that we both think will be achievable and promote health.
