Cynthia Wagenhofer
Cynthia Wagenhofer has dedicated her career to advancing healthcare organizations through strategic financial leadership and operational innovation. With more than 2 decades of experience in healthcare finance, reimbursement, and administration, she brings a strong foundation from both the private sector and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
Prior to joining Cherry Health, Cynthia served in leadership roles at other FQHCs in East Michigan. In her current role as Chief Financial Officer at Cherry Health, she oversees enterprise-wide finance, data and informatics, IT infrastructure, and strategic growth initiatives. Her focus is on building long-term financial sustainability, optimizing reimbursement models, and designing systems that improve efficiency and expand access to care.
Her career reflects a passion for operational design and community health, with a consistent focus on solving complex challenges and strengthening the financial and data foundation of health centers.
